Those traveling with a group, or have family and friends coming to spectate, please make sure everyone in your group has registered as a runner or spectator, booked their hotel, and flight. If you want to invite your running friends to join you on this adventure then now is the time to get them signed up!

Those who are flying into China, please make sure you have booked your flight and have your itinerary. Once you have your itinerary please send a copy to us so we can prepare for your arrival. Please email it to us.

If you are doing the 3-night or 5-night race trip with hotel packages, here are the flight arrival/departure dates and times.

• For 3-Night Race Trip Plan To:
  • Arrive on Thursday, October 23rd (10/23) in the morning by 8:00 AM
  • Depart on Sunday, October 26th (10/26) in the evening after 7:00 PM
• For 5-Night Race Trip Plan To:
  • Arrive on Wednesday, October 26 (10/22) at anytime
  • Depart on Monday, October 27th (10/27) at anytime

As this is a fitness event, it is recommended that all runners have travel insurance. While nobody ever anticipates any accidents, it is always better to be safe than sorry, especially in a foreign country. Check with your travel agent for insurance options.

There are still hotel rooms available, the 3-nights in Qiubei and 5-nights in Kunming/Qiubei. If you have not already booked your hotel, please do so now to ensure your stay is comfortable and worry free.

Your race entry includes round trip bus transportation from Kunming to Qiubei on 10/23 and 10/26. Runners will be meeting at the Wyndham Grand Plaza Hotel in Kunming on the morning of 10/23 by 10:00 AM. Don’t be late, the bus will depart at 11:00 AM to Qiubei.

Runners will be returning to Kunming on 10/26. The bus will depart Qiubei by 11:00 AM and return to the Wyndham Grand Plaza Hotel at the end of the day.
